These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SocialStack's services provided by SocialStack ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.
SocialStack provides social media automation services for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube including automated video posting, AI caption generation, video editing, hashtag optimization, and analytics reporting. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. To use Instagram automation you must have a valid Instagram Business Account connected to a Facebook Page. To use TikTok automation you must have a valid TikTok account. To use YouTube automation you must have a valid YouTube channel. By using SocialStack you represent that you meet these requirements and have authority to authorize posting to your accounts.

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the same date each month. We accept major credit cards through Stripe. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our 30-day guarantee.
New clients receive a 7-day free trial period. If you are not satisfied with the service during your trial, you may cancel before the trial ends and will not be charged. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be billed according to your selected plan. Trial eligibility is limited to one per customer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hunter@trysocialstack.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations.
You retain ownership of all video content you provide to SocialStack. AI-generated captions created by SocialStack become your property upon delivery. You grant SocialStack a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
You agree that all content posted through SocialStack will comply with the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. SocialStack is not responsible for account suspensions or bans resulting from content that violates any platform's policies. Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms). Our use of TikTok API Services is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service (tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service).
You may not use SocialStack to post content that:
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by Instagram API changes, Meta platform outages, or factors outside our control.
SocialStack's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost followers, or reputational damage.
SocialStack does not guarantee specific results including follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue outcomes. Instagram growth depends on many factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that could harm SocialStack or its other clients.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
